Privacy and Use

Announcement Image Maker is a free web app that creates PNG announcement images from text and a signature image. No registration or login is required.

Text and signature images

The text you enter and signature images you load are processed in your browser. They are not sent to a server or an external AI service to create or save an image. Fonts are also served from this site.

Automatic saving in this browser

Drafts are saved automatically in localStorage. If someone uses the same device and browser, they may see your content when they return. On a shared device, use “More → Clear all” after you finish. Drafts may be lost if browser data is deleted or a private browsing session ends. Save important drafts to a file.

Feedback and access records

If you submit the feedback form, only the feedback type you select and the comment you enter are saved on this site's server. Your in-progress text, signature images, and drafts are not attached. We do not ask for your name or contact details. Please do not include personal information or confidential content in comments. The operator reads feedback to investigate issues and improve the app.

This site does not use advertising cookies or external analytics services. The server retains ordinary access logs (such as IP address, requested page, and time). To prevent repeated form submissions, the site uses an identification hash that changes daily. Individual drafts are not collected to track usage.

Using your images

You may use images you create for personal or commercial purposes. Rights to text and signature images that you enter or load remain with their original rights holders. This tool does not acquire rights from their creators.

Before saving, check spelling, dates, line breaks, and how the signature appears. Images may look different depending on the device and fonts. You are responsible for posting to X and other services. For very long text, split it across pages or reduce the font size.

Fonts

Noto Serif JP / Noto Sans JP (Google Fonts) are served under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Noto Serif JP license · Noto Sans JP license.
